Bowmore 1999 Signatory Bottling Note

Distilled at Bowmore on the 4th May 1999, this was aged in three bourbon barrels (numbers 800196 thru' '198) before bottling by Signatory on the 26th January 2012. A release of 998 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lavender, pepper and lemon curd. A touch of smoked ham, coastal air and tar.

Palate: Bittersweet, notes of cocoa and ginger, maritime ropes and burnt heather roots.

Finish: Buttery and aromatic, medium-long.
