Blair Athol 12 Bottling Note

A 12 year old Blair Athol, distilled on the 3rd February 1999 and aged in hogshead 777 before bottling by Signatory on the 8th November 2011. A release of 388 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lavender, maple butter and white pepper. Muesli, cookie dough ice-cream and something vaguely hoppy.

Palate: Toasted teacakes with butter, camomile, liquorice, lemonade and honey. A little clove.

Finish: Medium, with caramel and spice.
