Nose: Stem ginger in syrup with hints of salt caramel. Digestive biscuits and pear drops. Cooked apple.

Palate: Marmalade, a little gingerbread and lemon rind. Soft spices, fragrant wood and soft citrus.

Finish: Lemon curd, manuka honey and sultanas.
