Bladnoch 20 Cask 5767 Bottling Note

Distilled on the 19th December 1990, and aged in hogshead 5767 for 20 years. Just imagine a 20 year old single cask, cask strength whisky from the distillery, at this price. Good heavens!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cut hay and various other summery aromas. Notes of fresh flowers, citrus and sticking plasters, with some beautiful malty sweetness.

Palate: Big and spicy with notes of ginger, pepper and golden syrup. Cedar wood and oak, a little tobacco sweetness also.

Finish: Decent length with notes of clove-studded oranges, syrup and toffee.

Very smooth and lots of honey and with a few drops of water its a real winner! it's a "must-have".
