Nose: Oats and sweet cereals, a little lemon zest, pear drops, citrus zest, golden syrup, floral notes and lemon thyme.

Palate: Fruity and spicy with rich notes of lemon juice, gingernut biscuits, malt and honey.

Finish: Long, spicy finish with fruit and pepper.
