What's in a name? Nevis Dew Blue Label Blend whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Nevis Dew Blue Label Blend whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Strong and worthy of a good swirl to release the big vanilla aromas.
Palate: Lots of herbs and the vanilla vying for supremacy.
Finish: Slightly shorter than expected, but very nice while it lasts.
This was bought for me by a relative touring the lochs in Scotland. It's a really lovely blend, smooth on the palate, hints of caramel sweetness with a slight smoky aftertaste. Considering how cheap it is on this website it's well worth the price.
