Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sticky toffee pudding and sherry. A little manuka honey, allspice and a touch of old brandy.

Palate: Honeyed, fruity palate entry. Big notes of barley, toffee apple and the vaguest whisper of smoke.

Finish: Smoked, spicy finish. Hints of dried herbs.
