Ben Nevis 19 Bottling Note

A tasty single cask Ben Nevis, bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This was distilled on the 24th July 1992 and was aged for 19 years in a sherry butt before bottling on the 17th January 2012.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Slightly grapey, hints of dried berry fruits, a little sherried peel, unlit cigars in a cedar box, honey and malt.

Palate: Caramel, toffee apples, manuka honey and stem ginger. Hints of sticking plasters and cashew nuts.

Finish: Maple syrup on hot American-style pancakes. Very more-ish!
