Description

Distilled at Aultmore in May of 1997, this was aged for 14 years before bottling by Duncan Taylor in February 2012 for their Dimensions range. This is Batch number 0001.

Nose

Grain and gristy with notes of barley malt, hay and spices. A touch of caramel and vanilla latte.

Palate

Simple, easy-going and very enjoyable - classic Speyside stuff, redolent of thick, sweet, creamy malt, vanilla, honey and dried fruits.

Finish

Good length, ends on manuka honey and caramel.
