Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

A medium nose, with a smooth sweetness. Lush stone fruits and floral notes developing into vanilla fudge. The palate is very light and bright with cereal and sweet barley. Something floral develops with white peach and pears and a very secretive salinity, just barely making an appearance. The finish is quite dry and light with gentle barley notes.
