Auchentoshan 14 1997 UCF Bottling Note

This was distilled at Auchentoshan on the 17th December 1997 and it was aged in two bourbon barrels for 14 years before bottling on the 19th December 2011. A release of 653 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Oats, honey, hints of cut grass, citrus fruit, cocoa and barley.

Palate: Sweet, Crema Catalana, candy floss and toffee apples.

Finish: Spicy with good length, nutmeg.
