What's in a name? Arran The Amarone Cask Finish whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Arran The Amarone Cask Finish whiskey, rather than whisky.
Very nice for pink whisky. The colour suits the flavour perfectly. Quite soft on the nose but the flavour is more intense, with chocolate-covered cherry, honeydew melon, and lots of sea salt. The medium finish is rather dry.
