Nose: Sweet, jammy nose with notes of dried apricots and dessert wine. A touch of dry oak, candied orange peel and soft spices.
Palate: Rounded, creamy malt with hints of spice, steamed pudding and salted butter. Apricot jam, plum wine and hints of granary toast with honey.
Finish: Corinth raisins, allspice and salt caramels.
