Nose: A beautifully sweet, spicy nose with hints of turmeric, pine needles, a little cut hay, vanilla and malt, with sweet smoke and warming cinnamon.
Palate: Lime juice, toasted malt, marzipan, slabs of warm peat, sweet, oily smoke and honey.
Finish: Ginger, nutmeg, soft smoke and chilli heat.
