This is a 12 year old, single cask Allt-á-Bhainne from the Provenance range. It was distilled in the Summer of 2000 before a sherry butt maturation. It was bottled in Autumn 2012, and boasts a fresh, malty style, typical of the distillery.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh, herbal nose with hints of honey sweetness and a little morello cherry.

Palate: Thick, barley-led, biscuity palate. Notes of soft herbs and spices, with more of that honey. Fragrant and nicely balanced.

Finish: Long, malt-driven finish. Hints of spice on the tail.
