Allt-á-Bhainne 20 Bottling Note

This was distilled at the Allt-á-Bhainne distillery on the 9th July 1991 before a 20 year maturation in hogshead 90111. It was bottled by Signatory on the 22nd October 2011 - a release of 281 numbered bottles at natural cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Grassy and gristy. Hints of freshly mown grass, aniseed and caramel. A little coconut milk and custard.

Palate: Tangy and rich, with cooked apples, potpourri and pear. Nutmeg develops, with gripping oak and zest.

Finish: Long and tangy with hints of salt toffee and oak.
