Nose: Rich with vanilla sweetness, as well as smoked prune juice, fig compote, copper, tobacco and a touch of cocoa.
Palate: Orange marmalade, fig pudding, sticky toffee pudding with warm custard, a little cut hay, gingerbread and citrus zestiness.
Finish: Sweet and very creamy, like dessert sherry now, with ginger and nutmeg spices and some treacle on the tail.
