15 Year Old Liqueur Bottling Note

Made exclusively using 15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from one of Speyside's most famous distilleries, this liqueur has a frankly extraordinary depth of flavour.

Matured in very active Sherry Casks, the base whisky used for this 15 year old liqueur has a nose and palate packed full of traditional ‘Christmas Cake’ Character. We sought to emphasise this flavour by using ingredients including two different kinds of Orange Peel, Cloves, and a deliciously spicy hint of Cardamom.

Excellent over ice, but more than good enough to drink neat. This liqueur is truly one for the single-malt connoisseur.

For the Perfect Serve Pour a healthy measure of Liqueur into a tumbler full of ice, stir, then squeeze a good-sized strip of fresh Orange Peel over the drink, and add to the glass.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Light and creamy on the nose with honeyed, stone-fruity sweetness, creamy malt and custard.

Palate: Rich, though not as the 10 year old. This is more tropical with notes of guava, yoghurt with nectarine pieces, a little ginger, nutmeg and more of that beautiful vanilla.

Finish: Great length, fading away on mango and crème caramel.

Uhm...

Right after that "brown drink" this was the second worst stuff I ever drunk. Would prefer cough syrup over this, as it tastes the same, but additionally has the ability to eliminate a cough (just in case).

The Best Whisky Liqueur Ever

Absoltuely grade a fantastic. TAstes like whisky with added sweetness and flavour, not like cough syrup at all. Nonsense.

So smooth, unbelievably rich and with an a amazing spice note running through it all.

Not 'overdone'

Unlike so many other whisky liqueurs available, this one tastes of whisky.
