Couldn't get any Ginger Tam this summer!!! I usually buy a bottle to keep in the cupboard for really cold winter nightsn when I come in from "seeing" to our ponies. Onb those nights that have frozen you to the marrow there is nothing like a nip of Ginger Tam. It warms you from scalp to toe nails.
Recently handed some of this wonderful whiskey round in my hip flask at a wedding and everyone liked it. One or two people said that they didn't like it and then after about 10 secs then say oh it leaves such a nice after taste. Low and behold they wanted another swig !!!
