An organic gin that's the result of a partnership between The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and the makers of the rather tasty Dodd's Gin (The London Distillery Company). Foraged seasonal flora from the world famous and internationally important Kew Gardens (how cool is that???) and other organic botanicals from around the world are distilled in Christina, a 140 litre copper pot still at Dodd's Gin's Battersea home. Aptly floral for a gin made in partnership with Kew Garden (considering the multitude of flowers present within the garden walls), joined by hints of dried orange and earthy beansprouts.
Cloudy lemonade, rose petal jam and thyme. Juniper is soft though spicy, leading to some fresh ginger heat.
Very slightly honeyed, though well balanced by warming black pepper notes.

I'm back: I bought 6 bottles to stock up on this. My entire collection of gin has taken a back seat to this bottle. I can't get myself to try any new ones at the moment - this is all I want. This is a true gem.
Wow. This is an absolutely standout gin. I opened the page firstly because of my love of Kew Gardens in London and because the packaging looked beautiful. Then I read the reviews. Have to say I agree. It’s really delicate and soft. I hope this isn’t a limited edition. My personal favourite way of drinking it is very simple: 50ml gin with 150ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice over ice. Outstanding.
