“Bought a bottle after a taste at a food fair in Padstow. I've never been a big gin fan, much preferring my single malts so assumed it would rest a while in the spirit cupboard. One night I decided to give it a try and was very impressed. The flavours are lovely, so much so that it makes a lovely drink with just a little ice. Well worth trying. ”

Description
Elemental Cornish Gin comes to us from the family-run Cornish Gin Distillery in the heart of Cornwall. It's produced in small batches using an organic grain spirit, as well as Cornish spring water from Bodmin Moor. The recipe features 12 botanicals, again featuring a local ingredient - namely Cornish chamomile - alongside ones from around the world, including juniper, angelica, cassia, cardamom, coriander, citrus, and more.

Crisp coriander and a core of juniper, with zesty, lively citrus and a pleasantly bittersweet pink grapefruit finish.
