BrewDog Paradox Bottling Note

A very interesting little beer from BrewDog, Paradox is aged in whisky casks that previously held Isle of Jura whisky! The result is an oaky, malty, fruity, slightly smoky beer with notes of coffee, pear and cocoa.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet, chocolatey, coffee, peat smoke, toasty oak and a little salinity.

Palate: Peaty and oily, quite a bit of malty, oily sweetness, treacle and gingerbread. Cold coffee and cigar smoke.

Finish: Long and bitter with oily, smoky, coffee flavours.
