Macphail's 15 Year Old Bottling Note

With their talents for bottling excellent whisky from other distilleries, how are Gordon and MacPhail at making their own? We'll have you know that they're proper good at that too! What a right talented bunch.

Made to their exacting desires by a secret distillery, this Speyside single malt Scotch whisky is aged 15 years in refill sherry casks before it is bottled by Gordon and MacPhail.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Soft, ripe melon, fudgey notes and a slight hint of oak.

Palate: Smoke hits the palate immediately but it is quickly cooled off with chocolate and raisins.

Finish: Sugar and spiced notes on the finish.

Overall: All that nosing, tasting and bottling has given Gordon and MacPhail the requisite talents for getting their own top notch whisky made.
