Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana, commonly known as Hidalgo Wines, is one of the oldest and most venerable wine producers in the Spanish region of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a key point within the famed Sherry Triangle. Established in 1792 by José Pantaleón Hidalgo, the winery has been producing distinguished wines for over two centuries and remains a family-owned business to this day, a rarity in the ever-commercial world of wine.

Hidalgo Wines is best known for its emblematic "La Gitana" Manzanilla, one of the most recognizable and widely consumed sherries on the market.
