1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 06 APRIL  2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 19 APRIL 2026 (the entry period). 
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase one of the following products listed below from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER:  MoM will choose one winner. The winner will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries and will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 
7.  PRIZE:  The winner will win a trip for 2 adults (the winner and their guest must be 18 years or older) to the Belladrum Festival in Inverness, Scotland. The prize will be organised by Tomatin Distillery Company Limited via its agency partner, Element London (Prize Provider). The prize will comprise of the following: 2 x weekend tickets to attend the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival between 30 July – 1st August 2026; Return economy train or plane tickets from the closest major commercial airport or train station to Inverness Airport or train station (or another airport or train station in Scotland to be determined); Standard return travel from the airport/ train station to the accommodation; Double or twin hotel room in Inverness city centre (based on the winner and their guest sharing a double/twin room) for 3 nights, including complimentary breakfast. The hotel will be selected by the Prize Provider. Alternatively, the tickets to the Belladrum Festival include access to an on-site camp at the festival. The winner and their guest will have the option to either stay at the camping site or at a hotel. In the event the winner and their guest choose to stay at the on-site camping site at the festival, they will be required to bring their own tent and bedding arrangements; Daily transportation from hotel to the festival; Access to the Club Clan Bella at the festival (for more details see here: https://tartanheartfestival.com/club-clan-bella); £200 spending money; Access to an on-site Tomatin representative that will be on hand to provide support (if required); 2 x tickets to the Tomatin masterclass at the Belladrum festival. All travel, accommodation, excursions and other arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Provider and its agents. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in any travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Provider does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 9 below. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items.  MoM and the Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The winner and their guest should travel with proof of age.
8. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel on the dates of the trip (30 July 2026 – 1 August 2026), and that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (including a valid passport, if required).
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the relevant prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winner and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address (where applicable).  MoM will not be able to ship the prizes to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom, in which circumstances MoM will offer the relevant prize to another eligible entrant picked at random. Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM or its employees, and/or its authorised representatives. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of the Prize Provider, its employees, and/or its authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.  
11. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s and Prize Provider’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
