1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this competition at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.
4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 17 November 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 30 November 2025 (the entry period). 
5.  HOW TO ENTER:  To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase one of the following products listed below from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment  and order confirmation must be received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER(S): MoM will choose one winner at random out of all qualifying entries. The winner will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
7. THE PRIZES: The winner will win a 2-day and 1-night trip for 2 adults to Islay, Scotland, organised by Suntory Global Spirits Inc. (Prize Provider). The prize trip will include the following: 2 x economy return flights from a major UK commercial airport to Scotland; Onward economy return travel from the destination airport in Scotland to Islay (the return travel to Islay may be by plane and/or ferry, and will be arranged and confirmed by the Prize Provider); Private chauffeur from Islay to accommodation; Standard accommodation for two people for 1 night (based on the winner and their guest sharing a double or twin room), including complimentary breakfast. The accommodation will be chosen by the Prize Provider in the Prize Provider’s sole and absolute discretion; Complimentary dinner for two at a local restaurant selected by the Prize Provider (worth up to a total of £200); and A trip for two to The Laphroaig distillery experience. The prize trip, travel, accommodation, excursions and other arrangements will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Provider. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Provider does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 8 below. All prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. MoM and the Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
8. BOOKING AND TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS FOR PRIZE TRIP: 
   • The winner and their guest must both be 18 years or older.
   • The prize trip will take place in 2026.  Any dates for the trip are subject to change and availability. 
   • The prize trip cannot be redeemed during the period that Fèis Ìle is held in Islay.
   • Travel dates and relevant reservations cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the winner or their guest.
   • All costs or expenses not listed in paragraph 7 incurred by the winner and their guest in connection with taking up the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
   • The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel on any dates specified by MoM or the Prize Provider.
   • The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports and any necessary visas and travel documents incidental to the fulfilment of the prize.
   • The winner and their guest will be responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable upon selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the cannot be contacted, is not available or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM contacting them, MoM reserves the right to offer the relevant prize to another eligible entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. MoM may contact entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prizes and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address (where applicable).  Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize or trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM, its employees, and/or its authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.  
11. SUNTORY GLOBAL SPIRITS INC. LIMITED PRIVACY POLICY: MoM will be required to pass the winner’s and their guest’s details to the Prize Provider in order for the prizes to be fulfilled. Once the details are passed onto the Prize Provider, they will act as data controller of such personal data and will process the personal data subject to their Privacy Policy. 12. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
