1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company registration number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom.

2. THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read and understood these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data), and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms and to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time. To facilitate the delivery of the prize to the winner, we will provide your name, email address and delivery address if you are the winner to Edrington UK Distribution Limited (distributors of the Highland Park brand) (Edrington) to arrange the prize. Edrington will process your personal data in accordance with their Privacy Notice available here: https://uk.edrington.com/en/privacy-policy. By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have also read and understood Erdington’s privacy policy, and agree to this. 

3. ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entries must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees of MoM or any of its associated companies (nor their immediate families). MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or entrant who it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition, and to discard any entry which reflects any such conduct.

4. ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 25 MAY 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 7 JUNE 2026 (the entry period).

5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase one of the following products listed below from www.masterofmalt.com (each a qualifying product). Please note each qualifying product represents a different number of entries into the competition as outlined below. The qualifying products and corresponding number of entries for each qualifying product are set out below:

• Highland Park 12 Year Old (70cl • 40%) – 1 entry per bottle
• Highland Park Cask Strength – Release No.4 (70cl • 64.3%)- 1 entry per bottle
• Highland Park 15 Year Old (70cl • 44%) – 2 entries per bottle
• Highland Park 18 Year Old (70cl • 43%) – 3 entries per bottle
• Highland Park 21 Year Old (2023 Release) (70cl • 46%) – 3 entries per bottle
• Highland Park 16 Year Old – Between You & I (70cl • 48%) – 3 entries per bottle
• Highland Park 25 Year Old (2023 Release) (70cl • 46%) – 5 entries per bottle
• Highland Park 30 Year Old (2024 Release) (70cl • 45.4%) – 5 entries per bottle
• Highland Park 40 Year Old – Spring 2019 Release (70cl • 43.2%) – 5 entries per bottle

Multiple entries are permitted! For a purchase to be a qualifying entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) it must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.

6. WINNER: MoM will choose one winner. The winner will be chosen at random out of all qualifying entries and will be selected after the entry period ends. The selection of the winner made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7. PRIZE: The winner will win a 2 day trip (with 1 night overstay) for 2 adults (the winner and their guest must be 18 years or older) to the Highland Park Distillery in Orkney, Scotland. The prize will be organised by (Edrington). The prize will comprise of the following:

1. 2 x economy class return flights from closest major UK commercial airport to Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness or Edinburgh, Scotland (one item of standard-sized checked luggage is permitted per person);
2. Standard return transfers to and from airport to the hotel in Orkney;
3. 1 night’s stay at a hotel in Orkney, Scotland, based on the winner and their guest sharing a twin/double room (including complimentary breakfast). The hotel will be selected by the Edrington based on availability;
4. A tour of the Island – this will include a combination of Standing Stones of Stenness, Ring of Brodgar, Skara Brae, Maes Howe, St Magnus Cathedral, Yesnaby, short walk of Stromness or Kirkwall, views of Scapa Flow. The exact sites visited during the tour will be subject to weather conditions, time constraints, and the participants’ interests.
5. 2 x tickets to the Local legends experience at the Highland Park Whisky Distillery – this will include a deeper dive into the distillery’s home, craft and ethos for whisky lovers. The winner and their guest will get a chance to learn from the distillery’s local experts about the unique traditions and ingredients that make Highland Park whisky different by nature, and also attend a guided tasting of their classic range and a special edition whisky;
6. £400 for the winner to spend on food and drink whilst there, organised by Edrington. No cash alternative will be given. Any  spend in excess of this value will need to be covered by the competition winners and their guest.
7. A goody bag for both the winner and their guest which includes a scarf, flask, glasses and bottle of Between You and I ( goody bags  each have a value of  £100)

All travel, accommodation, excursions and other arrangements relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the Edrington and its agents. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in any travel or accommodation arrangements, or for the failure of or delay in any planned excursions. For the avoidance of doubt, the Edrington does not act on behalf of MoM as its agent, representative, or sub-contractor. Important travel restrictions are set out in paragraph 9 below.

The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for any other items. MoM and the Edrington reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

8. IMPORTANT BOOKING AND TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS:

• Both the winner of the prize trip and their guest must be 18 years or older. The winner and their guest should travel with proof of age.
• The prize trip and all travel arrangements will be arranged subject to availability.
• The winner and their guest must take the prize trip within 12 calendar months’ of winning the prize.
• Edrignton  reserves the right to determine the dates on which the trip shall take place and/or to prevent the trip from being scheduled on certain dates.
• Once travel dates and relevant reservations are confirmed, the dates cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled.
• The winner and their guest will be responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary travel documentation incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (including a valid passport, if required).
• The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.

9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable following selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize within 5 calendar days of MoM making reasonable attempts to contact them, MoM reserves the right to select an alternative qualifying entry and to offer the relevant prize to another entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to claim the prize within the time limit set out above. MoM may contact the winner and entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or any prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MoM shall not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). MoM shall not be responsible for delivery of any prize to an incorrect address (where applicable). MoM will not be able to ship the prizes to any winner who is not able to provide a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom, in which circumstances MoM will offer the relevant prize to another eligible entrant picked at random (where applicable). Insofar as is permitted by law, MoM or its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any competition entrant and/or the winner or their guest for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition (including (without limitation) in taking up the prize trip), except where caused by the proven negligence of MoM or its employees, and/or its authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

Edrington and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

11. GENERAL: All decisions relating to this competition will be made in MoM’s and Edrington’s absolute discretion and will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Should a social media channel be used for this competition, MoM confirms that this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by the social media platform identified herein and said social media platform is in no way affiliated to or associated with MoM. By entering this competition, users agree to release that social media channel from any and all liability related to this competition. These terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
