Life is short and there's a lot of whisk(e)y to try, but I keep going back to Redbreast 12yo. Easy drinking but by no means simple.

My favourite whisky is Glenfarclas because I love sherry-matured whisky, and the creamy vanilla notes.

Project 173 is an absolute must-have for your home bar. They come at a very good price and also look really pretty on the shelf.

I love Kraken because I think it makes the smoothest Rum & Coke and is spiced perfectly. Also the limited edition bottle designs are really cool.
Favourite GIN
It’s tough to narrow down, but these gins take the crown

My favourite gin is Bathtub Gin Grapefruit & Rosemary because of the rich and delicate taste. I love having it with tonic water and a slice of grapefruit.

Tanqueray 10 is a great gin as its dry and crisp but with a lovely citrus taste. The bottle is also premium, and as it is so tall really stands out.

Margarita Cocktail Recipe
Out of all the cocktails, when it comes to Master of Malt staff favourites the Margarita came out on top! So what better time to share our Margarita recipe with you?
Ingredients:
25ml Cointreau triple sec
25ml Freshly-squeezed lime juice
Sea salt crystals and lime wedge (or slice)
Method:
Rub a piece of lime around the rim of a Margarita glass, coupe, or tumbler, and then place the glass rim side down in some flaky sea salt. Shake the Tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau with lots of ice. Double strain into your glass (you can serve with ice if it’s hot or you want a bit more dilution) and garnish with a wedge of lime.
