This is the Roots Mastiha liqueur, made using mastic - a type resin found on mastic trees on Chios island. At points in history, this resin was used as a medicine and as a type of breath freshener because Polos hadn't been invented yet. Roots Mastiha is a very interesting liqueur, with refreshing earthy, floral notes surrounding sweet notes at the core.
