Thick and stunning eiswein from Austrian producers Willi Opitz. This is complex and huge in body. Welschriesling is an old variety of white wine grape which, funnily enough, has nothing to do with Riesling. The name means "Romanic Riesling", in Austria it is found as a grape for dessert wines, or alternatively it is occasionally made into a sparkling wine.
