This white Italian wine hails from Abruzzo and is best paired with the Pecorino cheese. The story goes that the sheep whose milk is used to make the Pecorino cheese used to feed on the grape vines and hence why both cheese and wine share the same name.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The aroma is floral initially but leads into yellow fruits which in turn develop into flavours of pear and melon on the palate. This is a crisp and fruity wine with a fresh acidity.
