'09 Jaboulet C. Hermitage Bottling Note

Crozes Hermitage is the largest of the Northern Rhône appellations. The Thalabert is made from grapes grown on vineyards with pebbly soil. The stones store heat in the day to release at night which helps mature the grapes better.

Red berry fruits with meaty undertones on the nose, leading into a robust palate with elegant tannins and concentrated red fruit notes. The finish is slightly spicy with hints of pepper.
