Morton IQ 3 Bottling Note

Created using the champagne method, this is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Morton Estate's IQ 3 (IQ = Improving Quietly) is aged on the lees for three years. It offers notes of peaches, pastry and honey. It was awarded a Bronze at the 2010 Decanter World Wine Awards. It was also commended at the International Wine Challenge in 2010.
