The 2011 vintage of Dominique Morel's Gry-Sablon Fleurie is an elegant, fruity red with a predominance of blossom and red berries. Produced in France's Beaujolais region with the Gamay grape, this will work very nicely with a plate of cheese and charcuterie.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Hints of spice and cranberry. A little honey, morello cherry and apple blossom.

Palate: Floral, fruity palate. Cherry blossom and pepper.

Finish: Fruity and crisp finish.

Overall: Light and filled with ripe red berries.
