Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasty Champagne-like notes of brioche and nougat.

Palate: The mouth-feel is creamy with notes of red apple and citrus fruits, with balanced acidity.

Finish: A little brioche and almond from the nose with citrus flavours dominating.

Overall: The is a well balanced sparkling wine with great acidity and refreshing citrus fruit flavours.
