This is a 2011 vintage Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from Château de Vaudieu. Based on the Grenache grape and partially matured in oak, this offers up a medium body with plenty of fresh fruit.

Nose: Floral, soft spices. Hints of rose petals, pastries.

Palate: Warming, spiced palate entry. Apple peel, pear and a little honey.
