'09 Cave De Castelmaure Bottling Note

This full-bodied wine is made by a co-operative in the region Languedoc and Roussillon in France. The wine is made of a Rhone blend of grapes including Grenache and Syrah (Shiraz).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Rich damson aromas with some red berry fruits give way to a spicy palate with great body and smooth tannins. The finish is rewarding with notes of black pepper and black currants.
