'09 Ca Dei Frati Bottling Note

Ca Dei Frati have worked hard to ensure their wines are prestigious by improving the quality as best they can, the yields on their vineyards are much lower than their neighbours and they train their vines much lower. The result is better quality grapes for wine-making, and this shows in the finished product. Ronchedone has chalky-clay soils and this affects the eventual character of the wine.
