'07 Allegrini Amarone
This Amarone from Allegrini is made using the Corvina grape type in the Della Valpolicella region of Italy. The grapes used to make Amarone are allowed to dry in the sun which concentrates the sugars and flavours, the result is a rich wine with great depth of flavour.
