Award-winning Danish whisky brand Stauning introduces another expression to its fine core range: HØST, meaning 'harvest' in Danish. It's a marriage of rye malt whisky and single malt, aged in bourbon and heavily charred new American white oak casks before being finished in Port Barrique casks.

The Morris family has been making great wine since 1859. That comes in handy when interesting casks to mature the whisky are needed. This expression was aged in a combo of French and American oak, as well as wine barrels, then finished in Morris Muscat barrels, imparting oodles of rich, sweet fruit and spice.
