It's the 2017 vintage of the fabulous Riesling from Weingut Zilliken! Hand-picked Riesling grapes are the star of this show, and the wine was rested in large neutral Fuder barrels before bottling. With its mineral, saline quality, Riesling is always a winner with seafood, so we'd recommend giving that a go!
Fresh peach and hints of pineapple, with a subtle saline hint among pebble mineral notes.
