A grand 2020 vintage Grenache red wine from Australia's Ministry of Clouds. The grapes are harvested from two historic family vineyards in the McLaren Vale region, with some vines over 80 years old! Impressive stuff, with plenty of sweet red fruit and subtle vegetal spice it'll do very nicely next to a board of cured meats and hard cheeses.
Tangy raspberries, floral rose with woody vanilla and earthy spice, more red berry notes bring depth with bittersweet chocolate balancing drying herbs.
