It's the 2019 vintage Isole e Olena Chianti Classico, featuring a fantastic blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Syrah grapes. A tremendous Tuscan wine, boasting a fruit-forward flavour profile dotted with floral wafts and a smidge of acidity. Perfect with meaty dishes.
Dense plum and raspberry, with some cherry in there too. Violet petal notes develop later on.
