This elegant English sparkling wine hails from the sun-kissed slopes of Dorset, just a few miles inland from the Jurassic Coast. Made exclusively from Furleigh Estate’s own vineyards, this 2019 vintage blends the three classic Champagne grapes – Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay – all hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed to extract only the finest juice. After primary fermentation, the wine is matured on its lees for at least 18 months before disgorgement and a final two-month rest in bottle following dosage (10g/L).
Delicate brioche and crisp green apple with wafts of peach, nectarine, and honeysuckle balanced by a distinct citrussy zestiness.
