The Macallan Whisky distillery
Nestled above the river Spey
The Macallan was founded in 1824. Over the years it has built a reputation for its sophisticated sherry-cask-matured single malt Scotch that has become the most collectable in the world. Today it creates highly in-demand whisky at its futuristic distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland.
The Macallan Classic Cut 2025 Edition
Bottled at 50.6% ABV, the Classic Cut 2025 Edition reveals velvety chocolate and orange zest at full strength, bright grapefruit and panna cotta with a splash of water, and crisp apple and lemon zest when cut further. It’s a whisky that tells a different story each time you pour.

It was distilled way back in 1949 and then spent over seven decades maturing before a single cask was selected by whisky maker Euan Kennedy. Each one is housed in a Lalique decanter held within a handbound book with illustrations by renowned British artist Andrew Davidson.
