
Part of the first wave of whiskies in its Element Series, this Australian single malt from Manly Spirits was matured in ex-Shiraz casks from probably Australian wine's best-known district, Barossa, to impart lots of rich, spicy flavours.
Blackcurrant and cherry aromas are layered with vanilla, salted caramel, and spicy black peppercorn.
Spiced apple and vanilla join the notes from the nose with a helping of wintery spices.
Toffee and nutmeg remain.
