The Port cask does interfere with the beautiful citrus taste of Hellyers Road . I prefer the Slightly Peated 15 year old but that is £20+ more than this so this is a good substitute Worth having for when the really good stuff runs out . Hellyers Road IS good stuff from Tasmania
