The folks at Belmont Farm took their Kopper Kettle Virginia Whiskey and bottled it in bond! That means that it must be produced by one distiller at a single distillery in one season, aged for at least four years in a bonded warehouse, and bottled at 50% ABV. This whiskey ticks all the boxes!

Bought all four of the Belmont Farm bottles and this one is the best and well worth the extra money when compared to the younger version, which is not great. We drink this straight with large ice, the warmth in your chest this leaves you with makes it a proper relaxing winter warmer. The taste changes as the ice melts, gets a kind of chocolate vibe to me For the price, we love it. It's replaced Eagle Rare as our go to and is our third favourite behind Peerless (£80) & Colonel Taylor (£100)
