Wonderfully rich coffee liqueur here from the Tempus Fugit team. Made with Ethiopian coffee at its heart, this expression boasts all the hallmark notes you'd expect from a well-made coffee liqueur – from the pleasing bittersweetness to the subtly roasty-toasty elements, and the delicately chocolatey hints along the way. Great for cocktails and the like. Plus, big ol' lion on the label. What more could you want?!
Freshly brewed coffee, cacao nibs, a hint of earthy richness, with subtle drying spices.

I did a blind taste against another leading Creme de Cacao no names but starts with a G. No comparison - the other brand was beautiful with a real chocolate hit and a lovely brown colour - but the alcohol edge was definitely there - a real bite almost a flavoured sambuca. Honestly I love it. However, this version is a different beast altogether. Marginally lest stronger at 24 against 25, and lighter in colour, but the tongue feel is what hits you first - smooth and thick - almost no alcohol bite. It is definitely a FAR sweeter kick and the vanilla honestly is just there in the back bite to help smooth it out. So should you buy it. Its twice the price of most alternatives and as long as you are ok with the extra sweetness then absolutely - this creme adds flavour and depth that far passes its alternatives. For full honesty I also love their Creme de Banana and how can anyone make a Vespers without their Kina L’Aero so yes I am a fan of Tempus Fugit.
