
This rich liqueur from Spain's Atxa combines aguardiente de orujo (a type of pomace brandy) and Arabica coffee produced in Brazil. The coffee is macerated in the spirit, drawing out the warming, subtly toasty notes, resulting in a tipple that goes great in cocktails but can also be simply sipped over ice.
Earthy vanilla and hickory, with candied peels, prune and a soft smokiness.

Licor de care atxa, is like a sweet espresso, it really wakes you up. Great over ice, also great in a mudslide when mixed with an irish cream liquer. Or an alcoholic milkshake, just add to ice and milk, yum. Though don't drink late at night or you won't sleep.
